The arms and head are moveable, and there is a built in song track that plays perfectly. This item is rare, it is the only doll that I can find online searching with an American flag. This item is in excellent condition and a very unique collectable. My son's girlfriend bought this for my son in mid 2000s, and it has not been used at all. I did a sound check and the music plays perfectly. It is a perfect gift for a Queen superfan!
