Returns due to shipping damage:
In the rare circumstance that your item was damaged during the shipping process, simply contact us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and you can return your item to us in its original state (as received) for a complete refund within 14 days of purchase. In some cases the buyer may be held responsible for return shipping costs in this rare case.
